We pack and ship every order with care - because your tea deserves nothing less.

Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. 

Items will be transferred to a logistics partner within 1-3 business days.

 

A few things to keep in mind

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary, especially during busy seasons.
  • Once your order is with the courier, we can’t control delays — but we’ll always do our best to support you.
  • Please double-check your delivery info at checkout. If a package is returned, we may need to charge for reshipping.
  • Once your order is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to you.

 

Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for receiving parcels from the logistics partner. We are not responsible for missed deliveries or lost parcels post-delivery. We are not responsible for courier delays.

If the courier's tracking information indicates the parcel was delivered, we will not send a replacement if you claim it has not been received. It is the buyer's responsibility to 1) submit a missing mail form, 2) visit their local post office to inquire, or 3) file an insurance claim.

 

Returns

You have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are unopened.

Please note: Due to food safety regulations, opened products cannot be returned. We encourage reading our detailed tasting notes and starting with a small 30g tin can.

 

Lost during transit

In the very rare scenario that a package is deemed lost, then the buyer will always be issued a full refund provided that shipping insurance was purchased at checkout. A package is deemed lost if it is not delivered within 60 days. In such a case, you must contact us within 30 days so we can reship or refund your order.

CUSTOMS DUTIES

In some cases, there will be VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs, and/or duty fees levied by your destination country. These additional charges are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot determine the charges since customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions. We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees.

Customs clearance procedures may be required; under these circumstances, delays may occur, which will affect our original delivery time. Delivery time of orders can be extended by delivery service for an indefinite period for reasons beyond our control.
